Our practice has a unique structure, with a focus on treating patients in their home environment. This enhances the carryover of skills learned while the therapist is present for use in everyday life, allowing for more rapid and lasting results. Our goal is to assist our patients in regaining/maintaining their independence and safety in the home and community environments alike. It should be expected that we age well! We can help!
Homecare Rehab accepts the following insurances:
Medicare Part B (outpatient)
Most Medicare Advantage Plans
Many Commercial Insurances
Coverage Under Medicare: Medicare helps pay for medically necessary outpatient physical and occupational therapy and speech-language pathology services when:
You can get outpatient physical therapy services from a Medicare-approved physical therapist in private practice while in his or her office OR IN YOUR HOME. All of our physical therapists at Homecare Rehab, LLC are Medicare-approved outpatient providers.
What You Pay: Medicare is required to limit how much it pays for outpatient therapy services per year. This is called an “annual financial limitation” or “cap.” Your Medicare benefit for outpatient physical therapy and speech-language pathology services (combined) is limited to $2080 per year.
Medicare Part B pays for physical, occupational and speech therapy, as long as it is medically necessary, up to the yearly benefit limit of $2080. Before the limit, you are responsible for 20% of the Medicare-approved amount after you have met your yearly deductible (many secondary insurances will cover this amount). After you have reached the $2080 cap, Medicare may no longer cover your care, and you may be responsible for the remaining charges.
